OctoberFirs do not allow returns or exchange unless item is defect when received. We required a snapshot of the defect area ( send it to sales.octoberfirs@hotmail.com) and we will proceed with the exchange. Exchange will only be entertain within 2 weeks of purchase for local mails.
Replacement of the same product will be made. Should the defected product be sold out or out of stock at the point of return, exchange have to make with a different item. Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/refund will be done.
