Customers are to fill in confirmed orders and submit. Invoice will be sent and customers are required to make payment and notify us with payment verifications within 24 hours unless other agreement have been made. Orders that are not paid within given timeframe will be voided and will be back on sales. OctoberFirs reserves all rights to release items if no payment/ replies were made.
Items will be sold based on first pay first serve basis, the availability of product opted may vary as we're unable to keep track of our inventory immediately and stock availabilty will be updated every few hours.
Delivery
We mail out parcels approximately 48 hours ( not including weekend and public holidays) via SingPost. All local delivery time takes about 2 days up to a week. However, we highly recommend you to opt for REGISTERED postage to prevent lost articles. OctoberFirs will not be held responsible for any lost normal postage(s).
Local Normal Postage : $1.50 for first item. Subsequent items will be charged at $1/item.
Registered Postage : Additional of $2 on top of the normal postage charge.
SmartPac : $4.20 for up to 3kg of items, no bulky items.
International Air Registered : SGD$20 for first item. Subsequent items will be charged at $5/item (takes up to 10 to 21 days).
